'zen-shin.com hosted on new server'
zen-shin.com is now hosted on a brand new webserver, the resulting change over meant that the website was down for a brief period; unfortunately there wasnt anything we could do to prevent this but we are back now on faster more reliable servers!.

The regular features will shortly be added

'Sensei Linval still puts Zen-Shin on top'
The zen-shin team recently attended a competition in Wolverhampton, the team acheived a great result including the squad coach Sensei Linval Graham who made an appearence in the competition to take 1st!.

Wednesday 26th June
'zen-shin.com website update'
The website has been updated and includes new pictures from the Spring Devon course from earlier in the year as well as the recent courses taught by Dominique Sigillo from his visit in May. For more information on the update please see the updates page.


'Dominique Sigillo visits Zen-Shin'
Swiss Karate champion and national coach Dominique Sigillo visited the Zen-Shin dojo during the last week of May; during the week he instructed at the Zen-Shin classes and ended his stay in the country with karate courses throughout the weekend.

Beginners to Karate-ka of 20 years experience learnt new approaches to their Karate on the courses thanks to Dominique's perfection and brilliant technical ability.

'Zen-Shin students at United Style Association Open'
The Zen-Shin Squad entered the United Style Association Open on 19th May. Everyone did their and the standard was higher than before.

Alex Lycett won second place in his Kata category and Olu Amondipe won first in his Kumite category. Well done to everyone who took part.
