Monday 31st December 'John Richards to appear in TV Documenary'
Members of Zen-Shin recently took part in a documentary about toilets for the BBC; the featured segment was about self-defence in the toilets. The documentary was made with TV host Claudia Winkleman.
The program features how to deal with various forms of attack or other dangerous situations which may occur in public toilets. A variety of self-defence and common sense techniques are demonstrated to show people that may have had no prior martial arts training how to avoid or cope with these situations.
